Borderlands : The Zombie İsland Of Dr Ned

Borderlands was a brilliant game and one that I have been playing since it was released. The Zombie Island Of Dr. Ned is the first downloadable content for the game which only costs $10. For this you get a whole new zone as well as new enemies, new missions and chances to get more equipment and loot. The Island is very dramatic in design with a sub horror ‘halloween feel’ to it, populated with a plethora of undead zombie forces.

The original Borderlands had a rather weak storyline and those who like to follow a more focused game will probably prefer the expansion pack as it has a very definite story arc -hunting down undead forces and running through the macabre and eerily lit environments. What appealed to me about this add on was the tongue in cheek approach which at times made cultural references to many aspects of modern life. The zone is accessible from the fast travel menu and as such is total separate from the main game as it doesn’t connect into the Vault Story at all.

WWE RAW Ultimate Impact 2009

With 2002's WWE Raw PC being the only viable Wrestling PC game around, the game filled a void for many players who could now have a real wrestling PC game. but that void lasted for six years, although there was many mods coming out, there was not yet a FULL conversion of the entire game, (WWE Raw: Ultimate Edition was aiming for this but was never released). Prototype is a sandbox-style action game developed by Radical Entertainment. The game was released in North America on June 9, 2009, and in southwestern parts of North America as well as Oceania on June 10, and was released in Europe on June 12. 

The game is set in New York City as a virus infects people and the military attempts to put an end to it. The protagonist of the story is named Alex Mercer, who has enemy-absorbing and shapeshifting powers. He can take memories, experiences, biomass and physical forms of enemies through absorption. Alex can also shapeshift into more specialized forms for attack, defense or sensory enhancement. All of these together are intended to give players multiple ways to complete their objectives. Parallel to the game's storyline is the ability to play the game as a sandbox-style video game giving the player free roam of Manhattan.

A Windows version of the game was released in North America on 2 December 2008 and in Europe on 3 December. Two episodic packs are being developed for the Xbox 360, the first of which is entitled The Lost and Damned and was released on 17 February 2009. The next expansion pack will be called The Ballad of Gay Tony, featuring a character that made several appearances throughout the game by the name of Luis Fernando Lopez, and is scheduled to be released on 29 October 2009

Third installment in Capcom's popular ninja-vs-monsters themed action adventure series. Samanosuke plays exactly like he did in the first game. The game breaks free from the pre-rendered camera system of the predecessor to serve up a much faster and action-focused game experience. Main star Samanosuke plays much like he did in the first game, but the new second character Jaques (featuring the likeness of Jean Reno), is a much different type of experience. In control of an energy whip, Jacques can smack his enemies high and low and even grab them in a python-like grip for additional maneuvers.
